I’m continually amazed with the insights and advice in the comments around here! We had some great discussion about reducing our dependence on natural gas and on choosing an eco friendly dish soap that was too useful not to highlight! Natural Gas Commenter Jake had a lot to say about conserving natural gas. He suggests: Insulate & seal leaks in ductwork that goes through garages / attics. Let the sun in during the day.

Working with my hands gives me a sense of purpose. Taking something that’s old and tired and turning it into something new makes me feel like I’ve achieved something really worthwhile. Lucky for me, the internet brings inspiration to my fingertips, easily, without trips to the library or the shops for books and magazines.
